Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at checkout)

International Shipping:

  • We are currently not offering standard international shipping. However, if your order exceeds 10,000 INR and is placed in bulk, we may be able to arrange shipping. International orders must be placed by contacting us directly via email. Please note that such orders must be prepaid, and shipping charges will be borne by the customer. No returns will be accepted due to complications in logistics and restocking.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order through the link provided in the email.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination. For orders above a certain amount, free standard shipping may apply (specifics will be mentioned on the checkout page).

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays caused by incorrect addresses. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
