At The Kapas Company, your satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to make the process as simple and easy as possible.

Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • You can return items within 7 days of delivery.

    • Please make sure the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Items
      • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.

      • Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  3. Return Process

    • Send us an email at support@thekapascompany.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    • Once your request is received, we will arrange for a pickup of the item.

    • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  4. Refunds

    • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll confirm the approval of your refund.

    • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

    • A shipping fee of Rs 75 and COD charges at actuals will be deducted before issuing the refund.

    • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges

    • Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery for a different size or color.

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and still have all tags and packaging.

  2. Exchange Process

    • Email us at support@thekapascompany.com with your order number and details for the exchange (size/color).

    • We allow one exchange request per order.

    • No COD is available for exchange items. Payment for exchanges must be made online.

    • Please allow up to 8-10 days for the entire exchange process. If you need a new size sooner, consider placing a new order and marking the previous one as a return.

  3. Product Availability

    • Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item is unavailable, we’ll offer you store credit or a refund according to our returns policy.

Conditions

  • Please contact us before sending any items back. We won’t be able to process returns or exchanges without prior communication.

  • The Kapas Company reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that don’t meet the conditions outlined above.
